Over $2,500 was raised by over 130 people for World Central Kitchen through the Spirit of Gizzmas initiative in 2024!
Donations were tracked via the fundraising site pledge.to, and donations distributed directly to World Central Kitchen allowing us to track our impact as a community!
WCK is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to being first to supporting the frontlines by providing meals in response to humanitarian, climate, and community crises. Founded by respected chef José Andrés, the organization has served over 50 million meals in more than 17 countries and counting. They have been the focus of several targeted attacks in their attempts to provide life saving aid in the form of food to the starving people of occupied Gaza.
